Про ментора
За понад 20 років у дизайні я пройшов шлях від роботи над малими продуктами та у студіях — до створення й розвитку комплексних SaaS-рішень у ролі Lead Designer.
Останні роки я займаюся побудовою інтерфейсів, користувацькими дослідженнями, проведенням discovery-воркшопів та щоденною роботою зі стейкхолдерами в доменах Fintech, Healthcare, Oil&Gas та GameTech. Моя задача — дизайн продукту, який одночасно закриває потреби бізнесу й реальні проблеми користувачів.
Паралельно я розвиваю та навчаю дизайнерів у своїй команді, допомагаю колегам із професійним ростом, кар’єрним плануванням та підготовкою до інтерв’ю.
Напрями менторингу:
• Побудова індивідуального плану розвитку дизайнера
• Вирішення дизайн-задач для складних SaaS-систем
• Проведення UX-досліджень, воркшопів і discovery-фази
• Портфоліо-ревʼю та рекомендації з його покращення
• Підготовка до хайринг-інтерв’ю та внутрішніх промо
• Комунікація з клієнтами та бізнес-стейкхолдерами
