What product will you be working on? Skillsta is an app that helps users worldwide improve their social skills through short interactive lessons based on real-life situations. The app ranked among the top 20 in the Education category on the US App Store.

What will you do
Generate and validate product hypotheses
Design interfaces for the mobile application
Conduct quantitative and qualitative user research
Analyze existing quantitative and qualitative user behavior data
Maintain and improve the design system
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth implementation of your designs
Work closely with UX writers, researchers, and designers from other Growth teams
Iterate on designs based on A/B test results and user feedback
What do you need to join us
Has 2+ years of experience working in a product company
Designs solid and user-friendly interfaces
Understands how to run usability tests and apply product research methods
Works with hypotheses and A/B testing
Can effectively present design decisions and values feedback
Has an English level of at least Upper-Intermediate
Alignment with the values of our team (SELECT).
